The BCRMTA Vancouver/Burnaby Branch is pleased to offer two students recitals annually.
There is no cost to participate in these events.
SPRING STUDENT RECITAL 2026
Recital Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026
Recital Time: Between 4:00pm-8:00pm.
Teachers will be notified with their students’ performance time by May 10, 2026.
Location: City Baptist Church – 109 East 40th Avenue, Vancouver BC, V5W 1L6
Registration Period: March 1, 2026 – April 26, 2026 (10:00pm PST)

Of Note for Teachers:
- IMPORTANT: Please thoroughly read the Rules & Regulations prior to submitting your students to the recital.
- Registrations are to be submitted by eligible teachers only
- There is a maximum of 5 student submissions per teacher AND the total performance time of all students combined cannot exceed 10 minutes.
- Participating teachers are required and will be asked to volunteer at the recitals.

Of Note For Students:
- Students must play from memory without repeats except in the case of da capos.
- Students are to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled recital.
- Appropriate concert attire is required.
- As a courtesy to fellow performers, all participants are requested to remain until the end of the recital.
- Photography and video recording of your own child during the recital are welcome.
- For the privacy and safety of all participants, photography and recording of other children is strictly prohibited.
